Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AIC Academy, we want you to be satisfied with our services. If for any reason you’re not happy with your membership, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. Please read the details of our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days from the date of your subscription or membership purchase.
  • The refund request is submitted through the proper channel (contact details below).
  • After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@aic.academy with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of your purchase
  • A brief explanation (optional) of why you’re requesting a refund

We aim to process refund requests within 3-5 business days.

3. Membership Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership at any time, you can do so easily. Please review the following details regarding our cancellation process:

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your membership by logging into your account and visiting the “Account Settings” page. Alternatively, you can request cancellation by contacting our support team at support@aic.academy.
  • Cancellation Deadlines: If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to your membership until the end of your current billing period.
  • Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing period, at which point your access will be terminated.

4. Refund After Cancellation

  • Refund Eligibility After Cancellation: If you cancel within 7 days of your purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided, regardless of cancellation.
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: If you cancel after the 7-day period, you will not receive a refund for any unused time in your membership. Refunds are only available within the initial 7 days of the purchase.

5. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. The current policy at the time of your purchase will apply.
